Kantata connector

An internal engage2learn service that lets Claude read your Kantata projects, tasks, time, and staffing — as you, with your own permissions.

Adding it in Claude

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
Choose Add custom connector.
Paste this address: https://kantata-mcp.engage2learn.cloud/mcp
Click connect. You'll be sent to Kantata's own sign-in page.
Sign in as yourself. You'll come straight back to Claude.

You sign in to Kantata, not to this server. Your password is typed on Kantata's own page and never reaches this service. This server only receives a token that lets it act as you — and it stores that token encrypted.

What it can do

Everything is scoped to you. You'll see the projects you can already see in Kantata, and nothing you can't.

Reading — projects, tasks, logged time, budgets, billing milestones, resource allocations, and people.
Changing things — Only Kantata Account Administrators may make changes.

Disconnecting

Remove the connector in Claude's settings. To have your stored token deleted from this server as well, ask IT — it's a one-line operation and takes effect immediately.
